Running   Marathon: Bro-Marathon - Lillebælt, 1995

                   Half marathon: e.g., Broløb - Øresund, 2000; Broløb - Storebælt, 1997 og 1998, Nationalpark Thy,2011

Skating    I enjoyed skating on the Havnsø bay in the winter 2002/03 (outside the house)

Skiing       Especially downhill skiing, e.g., in France

Sailing      I have sold my 30 feet sail boat but still enjoy sailing when a possibility shows up.
                   I have replaced the sailboat with two surf-boards and a hand made kayak

Scuba diving and snorkeling In places like Denmark, Malta, Galapagos, Great Barrier Reef, and
                   Cuba

Badminton & Tennis                  

Board memberships in Holluf Pile-Thornbjerg Sports club, LAG Thy-Mors, Thy Chamber Music Festival and Thy Hoejskole(2015-17)                 

Classical music Especially piano music by Eric Satie and Frederic Chopin

Books       E.g., Allonbrookes war diaries, biographies of politicians and historic novels. 

Travel       During the past few years, I have visited e.g., Australia, Ecuador, Iceland, New
                   Zealand, South Africa, Botswana, and Cuba
